A.Service Unavailability: You are unable to connect to our proxy servers after purchase, and the issue remains unresolved within 48 hours after contacting our support team.
B.Service Disruption: System-wide issues that result in service downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours.
C.Duplicate Payments: You were charged more than once for the same order due to technical or billing errors.
D.Other Exceptional Cases: If there are other reasonable grounds for a refund, we will assess and handle them on a case-by-case basis.
Please Note:
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
A.Issues caused by user misconfiguration or incorrect setup;
B.Problems related to the user's local network or third-party software conflicts;
C.Orders used extensively or active for more than 48 hours (unless a critical fault is confirmed);
D.Free trials or promotional plans are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund

We will respond within 1–2 business days. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

ProxyShare reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests;
Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases followed by refunds) may result in service termination and refund denial;
